Request Procedure
- Dial 80008# from a Mobile Money Wallet.
- Select Option 1 (GNAT-Ash offer).
- Select Option 1 (Request bundle).
- Enter your registered beneficiary phone number.
- Select bundle (27 or 54). Momo service charges and taxes are included.
- Confirm the summary of your entries.
- Wait for a payment authorization alert.
- Enter your mobile wallet PIN to complete the process.
- Wait for SMS receipts from your Mobile Money Service provider and “Staff Bundle”.
- Keep the receipts for reference.
Important Notice:
- Only one request per beneficiary is allowed.
- Double and multiple requests are discouraged; extra requests will be served at half the expected bundle.
