A public sector organization is seeking to fill the following roles:

1. Head of Finance (HOF-7241)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and support financial decision-making processes.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Head of Marketing and PR (HMPR-7242)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to enhance the company’s brand and market presence.
  • Manage media relations, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and PR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3. Head of Admin./HR (HAHR-7243)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative functions and manage the human resources department.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CIHRM).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration management.

4. Head of HSE (ISO) (HHSE-7244)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and environmental policies and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • At least 6 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the maritime or industrial sector.

5. Head of Marine and Mechanical Engineering (HMME-7245)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all marine and mechanical engineering operations, including design, maintenance, and repair.
