Ghana National Teaching Standards NTS Overview

The Standards describe values, attitudes, and what teachers should know and be able to do and use these to support the on-going development of teachers.

The Standards also set out the minimum levels of practice that all trained teachers must reach by the end of their pre-service teacher education course to play a critical role in learner development.
