Personal Application Letter
First Appointment Letter
Last Promotional Letter if Any.
Bank Clearance Letter
Personal Record Form
Recommendation Letter from District / Director / Head.
Current Payslip
Certificate
Note; All letters and Attachments should be three copies ( two Copies to the Region.)
