What happens in an arbitration court?

A Court of Arbitration is a court, sometimes outside of the official judicial system of a country, that resolves certain kinds of civil disputes, primarily between industrial or commercial entities, or between employers and employees.

After the evidence is presented, the arbitrator, like a judge, will decide the case. The arbitrator’s decision can give parties a realistic idea of the outcome of their case. If neither party appeals the decision, it will be binding, like an order by a judge.

In some cases, the arbitrator may choose to have several meetings with both parties.
