RE: REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENTS AND RECRUITMENTS
In reference to an earlier letter dated 17th February 2025 (Reference No. GES/HMRD/SEC/REV.25/01), the Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has requested that all affected staff undergo a validation process to reinstate their recruitments. This exercise aims to clean up the database of all recruited staff on the GES payroll.
To facilitate this process, a three-member committee comprising the following officials has been established:
- Regional Human Resource Officer
- Regional Internal Auditor
- Regional Accountant
Required Documents for Validation:
Affected staff are required to submit the following documents to support the validation exercise:
- Appointment Letter
- Academic Certificate
- Licensure Certificate
- National Service Certificate
Deadline:
All affected staff are expected to complete the validation process by 14th March 2025.
The Management of GES is counting on the cooperation of all stakeholders to ensure the success of this exercise.
Thank you.
